Organisations must be:
i) Public Listed Company (PLC) – Publicly listed Malaysian companies registered under Bursa Malaysia.
ii) Multinational Corporations (MNC) – Foreign companies representing parent brands with local operations.
iii) Private Limited Company (LTD) – Privately owned Malaysian companies or joint ventures generating >RM50 million in revenue and employing >200 full-time employees.

v) Micro SME – Businesses with a sales turnover of ˂RM300,000 OR ˂5 employees.
vi) Public Sector – Government bodies and publicly funded organisations delivering essential services, programs, and goods to the public.
vii) Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) – Advocacy groups, charities, and humanitarian organisations.
viii) Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) – Institutions focusing on social, educational, or environmental causes.
ix) Others – Entities that are not affiliated to the definition as mentioned above.

Yes, all information provided is confidential and will strictly be used for judging purposes only.
Only one (1) account and one (1) entry form is permitted per organisation or subsidiary.
If they are of the same organisation, only one account and submission is needed. If it is a different/independent subsidiary, a new account and submission will be required.
The judging panel for the awards consists of experts from various organisations, with a diverse set of expertise coming from the government, multinational organisations, GLCs, SMEs and many more.

After we have reviewed your submission, if your organisation has been shortlisted, we will contact you for the presentation/pitching session. However, there are no pitching sessions for the nomination categories – CEO Champion and/or CHRO Champion.
Only shortlisted participants will be informed of the pitching session and the winners announced in the award ceremony.
It will be held on 30th October 2025. The venue will be disclosed nearing the date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individual feedback on applications due to the high volume of submissions we receive.

Q1: Should I put the brand name or the SSM registered company name?
Use the brand name if you’re contesting for the parent company. SSM registered company name for subsidiaries.
Q2: Who should I put as the contact person in the submission form?
Preferably someone in the organisation that will oversee the submission as they will receive important updates about the award ceremony.
Q3: How should I classify which sector I belong to if my organisation has a lot of business sectors?
Select the main business sector that is registered under SSM.
Q1: Who can make a nomination?
We welcome the public to make their nominations of impactful CEOs and/or Organisation Leaders in Malaysia. These nominees can be from your organisation, and you can also nominate leaders of other organisations. Self-nominations are also welcome.
Q2: Are we allowed to nominate our own CEO as well as CEOs from other organisations? Can multiple nominations be submitted through the same account?
Yes, both individuals and organisations are welcome to nominate their own CEO and CEOs of other organisations, provided the nominees meet the criteria. Additionally, multiple nominations can be made through the same account.
Q3: Can a General Manager contest for the CEO Champion?
CEO Champion is contested by the highest position in a Malaysian organisation.
Q4: We are a small organisation that does not have C-level executives. How do we contest for the CEO Champion?
The organisation can nominate the highest post in the company for this award category.
Q5: Will the CEO have to go for the Pitching Session if he/she has been shortlisted?
This year, shortlisted candidates for both the CEO Champion and CHRO Champion categories are not required to participate in the Pitching Session. The winner will be announced during the award ceremony in October.

Not necessarily. As long as they are the CHRO for the Malaysian market, they can contest.
Q5: Will the CHRO have to go for the Pitching Session if he/she has been shortlisted?
This year, shortlisted candidates for both the CEO Champion and CHRO Champion categories are not required to participate in the Pitching Session. The winner will be announced during the award ceremony in October.

No. This category is open to all organisations that champion women’s participation, development, and leadership at the workplace
Q1: Who are considered as young graduates?
Fresh graduates or employees with a working experience of ≤2 years. This category also covers an organisation’s initiative(s) towards interns.
